Frequently Asked Questions

Is my offer binding?

No — this form is an expression of interest. A contract becomes binding only once both parties sign the formal contract.

Should I provide ID and proof of funds?

It is not mandatory but highly recommended. It strengthens your offer and speeds up verification.

Can I make my offer subject to finance?

While this is an option for non auction sales, we always advise our buyers to make the strongest & least complicated offer possible.

Do I need a conveyancer before making an offer?

Once you successfully sign a contract, you will need a conveyancer. Selecting one now is a good idea & they will often check contracts and Form 1s for your peace of mind.

What happens after I submit my offer?

Megan will call you promptly to discuss your offer, clarify any details, and update you once it has been presented to the vendor.
